1)Q:How to clean stuffed toy?

A:Please do not wash with brushes or sharp objects to avoid abrasion on the surface material.Do not put it near the fire source such as furnace and heater,do not use it near the fire source.Be careful about the water temperature and wash separately from other clothes.

2)Q:Can I get a sample for testing?

A:For initial business,we will charge sample fee and freight. Regular same will be ready in 3 days,and 3-7 days for custom samples. All samples will be sent by DHL or FedEx.Free sample for VIP (more than 2 orders).

3)Q:Can i choose what kind of materials are used to produce stuffed soft toy?

A:Yes you can,normally our sample team will determine what’s the material need which the most suitable for the drawing you provided.And off-course we will hear your request of fabric,but it’s not always possible depend on the practically and safe request.We only choose the materials which are safe and non-harmful to produce soft toys.

4)Q:How long to make bulk order and one soft toy sample?

A:Normally we require about 3-4 weeks to complete big quantity order and about one week to make sample.If urgent order we will try our best to complete that as fast as possible to match the customers’ request.We need to source the materials we need to produce the soft toys based on the design and drawing and then the sample maker team will hand make the sample.And normally the sample time is about 5-7 days.
