1)Q:Can i have my company name or logo on the custom plushies?
A:Yes we can add your logo with many ways to your custom stuffed toy.We can add the logo you required on the cloth,belly or feet by silk screening and embroidery.All of these will be communicated on the prototype stage.Also we can print the logo,company information and personalized sewn to the label.
2)Q:Do you have MOQ?
A:Yes we have MOQ is 1000pcs one style,because small quantity is very difficult to buy material and also the produce cost is much higher than bulk quantity,it’s not economic to produce.
3)Q:How long to make bulk order and one soft toy sample?
A:Normally we require about 3-4 weeks to complete big quantity order and about one week to make sample.If urgent order we will try our best to complete that as fast as possible to match the customers’ request.We need to source the materials we need to produce the soft toys based on the design and drawing and then the sample maker team will hand make the sample.And normally the sample time is about 5-7 days.
4)Q:What’s the payment term you accept?
A:Normal payment term is T/T and L/C at sight,any other payment term we can discuss your request.
